Collegiate-level experience or above is preferred, but not required.

Roleplays, field training, on-the-job reps...our training is just like practices, scheduled workouts, and film study. We prepare for "gameday" at a championship level, just in a different arena than what you're used to.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

• INBOUND LEADS: We provide a steady flow of hundreds of inbound leads (live connections straight to your phone) every month from Zillow Preferred.
• HIGH STANDARDS: This is a full-time position only. Our rookie agents average 8 closed transactions in their first year, and we take pride as the top team in San Diego in terms of lead conversion. Expectations and standards are high, but so is our support and our time investment in training you to be a top-performing agent.
• ELITE TRAINING: All of your field training will come from "player coaches" who are in the Top 5% of producers in San Diego. We do live roleplays in-person 2x a week, and ongoing on-the-job training where you get to accompany team leaders/field trainers at open houses, initial showings, buyer consults & listing presentations, final walkthroughs, negotations, closings, etc.
• CELEBRATION: Incentive trips, regular cash bonuses, and monthly team events (at the office and outside of work).
• ADVANCEMENT: For those wanting upward mobility, we offer several different leadership/mentorship roles. We only promote from within.
