Forms Management Specialist 6+Month Contract Portland, OR (onsite)Part-time position, Monday Friday, 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
Update proof requests in Adobe InDesign using customer markups
Add fillable layers to PDF forms
Work with customers and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Office-based position
Responsibilities
Update and create forms and other print materials using Adobe InDesign
Add fillable fields/layers to PDF documents
Interpret customer instructions and communicate job requirements to the production team
Review proofs and assist with print production
Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Provide excellent customer service
Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
3+ years of related experience
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
Customer service experience required
Copy/offset printing experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with PCs and automated office equipment
Ability to interpret and apply detailed instructions
Ability to work in a sedentary office environment with occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
Must be available to work Monday Friday, 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
