Location: Sandpoint, IdahoShift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm, overtime as needed on Saturday.Starting Pay:$18.44/hrAdditional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr, 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr

What You'll Do
Measure & Mix with Accuracy: Retrieve and prepare dry/wet ingredients for production following precise instructions.
Document the Details: Log every step according to GMP-because quality starts with great records.
Clean & Sanitize Like a Pro: Keep equipment, tanks, filters, and workspaces spotless and safe.
Check the Quality: Perform in-process checks to ensure every product meets our gold standard.
Stay Connected: Communicate issues, equipment concerns, and improvements with your team and supervisors.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED
Less than 1 year of experience? No problem-we'll train you!
Basic understanding of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Knowledge of FEFO inventory practices, ingredient handling, and batch preparation
Physical stamina to lift and transport materials and the visual/mathematical literacy to do it right
Awareness of safety standards, including hazardous material handling and use of PPE
Bonus if you're certified in forklifts, pallet jacks, or drum haulers (but we can help with that too)
