This role builds teaching confidence, class management skills, and alignment with Club Pilates brand standards while preparing instructors for apparatus-based instruction.Scope of Teaching
- Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Stretch, Recovery formats
- Beginner-friendly, minimal or non-apparatus classes
- Deliver safe, engaging, beginner-accessible classes
- Follow Club Pilates class formats and brand tone
- Provide clear cueing, regressions, and modifications
- Arrive early to prepare space and greet members
- Maintain studio cleanliness and professionalism
- Promote studio offerings, retail, and memberships
- Participate in studio events and promotions
- Uphold franchise aesthetic and culture
- Yoga, Mat Pilates, or Barre certification (or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and positive energy
- Willingness to pursue Pilates apparatus education
