What you bring to the table

You want ownership, leverage, and responsibility from day one.
Technically strong with solid fundamentals in programming and systems design
Able to learn fast and go deep on unfamiliar problems
Obsessive about details, quality, and correctness
Relevant experience shipping full-stack product (ideally one of the below)
- Building polished React / Next.js interfaces
- Owning backend API routes and data flows across Firebase, Elasticsearch, Redis, Stripe
- Building large-scale data pipelines using LLMs
