Job Description:As a founding team member, you will architect the operational backbone of a high-growth startup utilizing AI to modernize clinical delivery. You will manage complex systems, legal compliance, and people operations while working directly with the CEO. This is a high-impact role for a gritty builder ready to scale a transformative healthcare platform from the ground up.

What you will do:
Design and implement scalable internal processes across legal, compliance, and clinical operations to support national expansion.
Solve multifaceted problems autonomously, ranging from technical system integrations to complex people and partnership management.
Partner directly with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and manage the daily operational rhythm of the business.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in a fast-growing startup or as a former founder with a track record of building from zero to one.
Exceptional grit and technical literacy, capable of navigating regulatory hurdles and operational bottlenecks with high speed and precision.
A proactive, ""no task too small"" mentality combined with the ability to think several steps ahead of current organizational needs.
