What You Will Do

Design and iterate user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across various platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product design strategies.
Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionality.
Develop and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization to drive product innovation.

Ideal Candidate Background

3–7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in the insurance or B2B software development industries.
Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $300K, with meaningful stock options included in the compensation package to align your success with the company's growth.
