Build Your Recruiting Business Without Building a Staffing Company

Lane Talent Partners is seeking experienced recruiters, staffing professionals, HR consultants, executive search professionals, and industry networkers to join our growing Talent Partner Network.

As a Founding Talent Partner, you will have the opportunity to recruit and place candidates while leveraging the infrastructure, contracts, payroll systems, compliance programs, insurance coverage, funding resources, and operational support provided by LaneStaffing.

You focus on recruiting. We handle the rest.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Partner, you will:

Source and recruit qualified candidates
Screen and evaluate talent
Submit candidates for open opportunities
Coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate relationships
Support assignment extensions and redeployments
Build your recruiting pipeline and referral network
