Join a hands-on foundry team in Lewiston, ME, as a No Bake/Molding Production Associate and make an impact every day.As a No Bake/Molding Production Associate, you'll support foundry and production operations in a hands-on, industrial setting. You'll work closely with team members to assist with coremaking, mold preparation, molding support, and general production tasks.What You'll DoAs a No Bake/Molding Production Associate, you will be responsible for: Assisting molders, coremakers, and production staff with daily foundry activities Supporting No Bake molding operations and filling in for molding duties as needed Building, preparing, and finishing sand cores and molds Sanding, grinding, painting, and finishing cast components Using wire benders and heavy-duty wire cutters Supporting material handling and inventory organization Assisting throughout the foundry as production needs require Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environmentWhat You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly throughout the shift Ability to stand for long periods of time Comfort working in a hot, dusty, industrial environment Strong attendance and dependable work ethic Manufacturing, construction, production, foundry, or general labor experience preferred Mechanical aptitude is a plus Willingness to support both coremaking and molding duties as needed Steel toe boots are requiredWhy Join Us in Lewiston?
