Join a growing foundry team as a Production Associate No Bake Filler in Lewiston, ME and make an impact every day.As a Production Associate No Bake Filler, you'll support the mold-making process by preparing sand molds and helping run production efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver quality results that make a difference.What You'll DoAs a Production Associate No Bake Filler, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling molds and production components on conveyor systems
- Filling molds with sand and preparing them for production
- Operating sand mixing equipment and other production machinery
- Assisting team members with mold preparation and closing operations
- Monitoring materials, supporting production changeovers, and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and comfort in a physically demanding environment
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills; forklift/equipment operation experience is a plus
- Four-day work week with long weekends every week
