Fp&A Analyst II

ASI is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision support across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, solid accounting and finance fundamentals, and hands-on experience with financial systems and planning tools in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes

• Support the development of financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards

• Analyze variances in actual vs. forecasted financial results

• Build and maintain management reporting and dashboards for leadership

• Create financial models to support planning and decision-making

• Automate and streamline financial reporting processes

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed by leadership

• Partner with accounting to ensure alignment between reporting, forecasts and actuals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, or related field

• Four plus years of experience in FP&A

• Proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

PREFERRED/ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SAP ByDesign (strongly preferred)

• Experience using Cube FP&A or similar FP&A planning tools

• Background supporting project-based environments

• CPA, CMA, or MBA (a plus, not required)

• Experience improving FP&A systems, workflows or reporting automation
