FP&A Marketing AnalystLocation: San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid)THE COMPANY OFFERS...

- Own marketing budget planning, forecasting, and spend tracking across promotions, campaigns, and media investments
- Partner directly with Marketing leaders, agencies, FP&A, and cross-functional teams to translate spend into performance insights
- Analyze pre and post-campaign results to connect marketing investments to sales impact and ROI
- Play a key role in transitioning marketing budgeting into the Business Analytics team, helping shape new processes and tools
- Expertise in marketing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or marketing finance (flexible for the right background)
- Strong working knowledge of variance analysis, ROI measurement, and performance reporting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
