FP&A, Finance Associate – Brand Marketing & Social Sales Team

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Finance- Social, you will use your understanding of QVCG to support the Growth Strategy team (Digital platforms, Social platforms, Streaming) by financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. You will support the monthly forecasting cycle at QVC, conduct analysis, prepare multiple summaries of results, and complete reporting packages to be used across the organization. You will partner with the Brand Marketing team and Social Selling business team to make recommendations and provide insights.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
• Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• You will collaborate with the Business (Brand Marketing and Social Selling teams), other Finance Partners, Accounting, and the Financial Insights team to understand requirements and perform variance analysis on results.
• You will lead budgeting and forecasting activities and deliverables including financial modeling, input of figures into our Forecasting / Consolidation system (Anaplan), and preparation of performance reconciliations.
• You will deliver weekly reporting and analytics for our targeted customer coupons.
• You will discover and solve financial challenges - dissecting them with steady logical reasoning to quickly uncover insights based on a business and P&L understanding.
• You will convey a story with financial variance analysis to inform senior executives regarding performance drivers and assist with decision-making.
• You will build custom financial reporting that informs us on the financial health of the Growth projects / portfolios to be leveraged by our Business Clients for performance visibility on a recurring and ad hoc basis.

What You'll Bring

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years' experience in Corporate Finance; Brand, Digital or Social Marketing environment beneficial.
• 2+ years experience with financial modeling.
• 2+ years experience forecasting annual budgets or revenue.
• Knowledge of Accounting and GAAP with an understanding of financial statements.
• Anaplan, SAP, Business Objects, MicroStrategy knowledge a beneficial.
