- Evaluate financial processes, reporting structures, and internal controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning initiatives.
- Partner with operational leaders to support business growth, profitability, and decision-making.
- Mentor and support existing finance team members while helping maintain continuity during leadership changes.
- Recommend and implement process, system, and reporting enhancements that improve financial visibility and efficiency.
