Fractional Growth Marketer (Contract)
B2B Pipeline & Outbound Growth Operator | 60-90 Day Engagement
Overview
We're a national B2B services company looking for a hands-on Fractional Growth Marketer to help us build a repeatable outbound pipeline engine.
We already know:
- who we want to target
- the industries we want to grow in
- the buying triggers that create opportunity
What we need is someone who can take that strategic direction and turn it into:
- conversations
- meetings
- qualified pipeline
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is a build-and-execute growth role focused on outbound pipeline generation.
What You'll Do
You will work directly with leadership to build and launch outbound growth campaigns targeting operational and technical buyers in complex B2B environments.
Responsibilities include:
Campaign Development
- Translate ICPs and buying triggers into focused outbound campaigns
- Develop campaign structure, targeting, messaging, and execution plans
Account & Contact Targeting
- Build target account lists
- Identify and source the right decision-makers and stakeholders
Outbound Execution
- Create and launch outbound sequences across:
- Develop messaging focused on real operational pain points and business outcomes
Pipeline Development
- Generate qualified conversations and meetings
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on results
CRM & Process Infrastructure
- Recommend and help implement a simple CRM structure (likely HubSpot CRM)
- Establish a repeatable outreach and follow-up process
- Ensure activity and pipeline are measurable
Sales Enablement Support
- Assist with lightweight supporting assets:
- Landing pages
- Case studies
- Credibility materials
Focus is speed and effectiveness--not overengineering.
What Success Looks Like
Within 60-90 days:
- Outbound campaigns are live and running
- A repeatable outreach process is established
- Measurable response rates are achieved
- Qualified meetings are being booked
- Early-stage pipeline is being generated
- A scalable growth process is in place for internal sales resources to build on
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a social media management role
- Not SEO/content-heavy
- Not a branding-focused marketing position
- Not a traditional marketing manager role
- Not a closing sales role
This role is focused on:
building pipeline through outbound growth execution.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Has built outbound or demand generation systems from scratch
- Can demonstrate real pipeline/results from past campaigns
- Is highly execution-oriented and moves quickly
- Understands how to reach operational and technical buyers
- Is comfortable building systems in fast-moving environments
Experience in construction, infrastructure, healthcare systems, field services, or technical B2B environments is a plus--but not required.
Engagement Details
- Contract / fractional engagement
- 60-90 day initial term
- Remote / flexible
- Compensation based on experience and track record
