Job Description

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support fragrance project execution, formula management, and commercialization activities on site in Northbrook Illinois. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to launch while maintaining formula accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fragrance formulas, revisions, and raw material changes.
Coordinate commercialization and project activities across cross-functional teams.
Lead project review meetings and support timely project progression.
Serve as the super-user of fragrance project and formula management systems.
Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve issues.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in project, systems, or operations support; fragrance, flavor, food, or CPG experience preferred.
Strong project coordination, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
