Special Strong is scaling to 100 locations in 2026 and hiring a high-energy relationship builder to be the first voice future franchise owners hear. Your job is to build trust fast, qualify hard, and move the right candidates into Step 1 of the franchise process.
Compensation
- Base: $4,500/month ($54,000/year)
- Bonus: $15 per qualified candidate who completes Step 1
- Example pace (5 Step 1/day): $1,500/month bonus → $72,000/year total
What You’ll Do
- Run 20-minute discovery calls using a proven deck
- Build rapport and lead structured conversations
- Qualify/disqualify candidates (financials, goals, fit)
- Drive Step 1 completion and forward momentum
- Track CRM notes, follow-ups, pipeline activity
- Reactivate warm/inactive leads
- Hit daily activity + conversion targets
