About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Engineering Recruiter to join our team on an incentive-only model. This is a remote opportunity perfect for an independent recruiter with a solid background in engineering recruitment, especially in Chemical, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines for full-time roles across North America. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify top-tier engineering talent (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) for full-time roles.
- Utilize JobDiva ATS for end-to-end candidate tracking, job postings, and client communications.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in JobDiva and comply with client-specific documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting for Engineering roles (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Full-Time Positions).
- 5+ years of experience with JobDiva ATS must be highly proficient in using JobDiva for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Proven track record of successful engineering placements.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and referrals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience working with US/Canada-based clients and understanding of local recruitment processes.
