Freelance Social Media Manager

Arizona Building Contractors, LLC

Arizona Building Contractors is looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to help grow and maintain our presence on Facebook and Instagram. We are looking for someone who can create and manage content on a regular basis, including visiting job sites to take photos, videos, and drone footage, writing captions, and posting consistent, professional content that reflects our brand and the work we do.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently, creating content in the field, and developing a simple, consistent posting plan. Because part of the role involves capturing content at active job sites, candidates must be located in Tucson, Phoenix, or the surrounding areas and be able to travel to Tucson regularly.

What you'll do:

Visit job sites and completed projects to capture photos and videos
Capture drone photos and videos of projects and job sites
Create social media content for Facebook and Instagram
Write captions and post copy that fits our brand and audience
Develop and maintain a regular posting schedule
Help organize content ideas and plan upcoming posts
Highlight our projects, process, team, and company personality in a professional way
Edit photos, drone footage, and short-form videos for social media use
Coordinate with our team to gather project details and content ideas

What we're looking for:

Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong photography and video skills for social media content
Experience capturing and editing drone photo/video content
Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging captions
Ability to create and follow a content plan with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram best practices
Reliable, organized, and responsive
Comfortable visiting construction job sites and working around an active build environment
Must be located in Tucson, Phoenix, or surrounding areas and able to travel to Tucson regularly

Preferred:

Experience working with contractors, home builders, construction, remodeling, real estate, or related industries
Basic graphic design and video editing skills
Ability to suggest content ideas and help shape overall social media strategy
FAA Part 107 certification or the ability to legally perform drone work

Compensation:

Freelance / Contract Based 1099 position.
Compensation / Rates to be discussed / negotiated
