Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor freight shipments from origin to destination
Maintain real-time system updates reflecting shipment progress
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
Communicate delivery updates, delays, or exceptions to all stakeholders
Ensure accurate documentation of all dispatch activities
Assist in operational workflow planning and efficiency improvements
Identify and escalate inconsistencies in freight scheduling
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
Organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and process-focused
Ability to follow structured workflows
Prior experience in freight or logistics helpful but not required
