Position Overview
The Freight Operations & Coordination Representative supports daily freight operations by maintaining shipment tracking accuracy, managing load assignments, and ensuring consistent communication between internal teams and drivers. Charlotte candidates are prioritized for hybrid engagement opportunities; remote candidates nationwide are fully integrated into Oregon-based systems. This position provides structured experience for entry-level candidates while offering operational responsibilities for experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Track freight movements and maintain accurate dispatch records
Support load assignment, routing, and shipment scheduling
Communicate updates regarding delivery progress, delays, or exceptions
Maintain operational documentation and system updates
Monitor workflows and provide recommendations for process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
Escalate operational issues as necessary to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications
