We are looking to hire a Freight Operations Coordinator to oversee shipment planning, driver coordination, and logistics tracking. This role is suited for professionals with experience in freight dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations, but candidates with related operational experience are also welcome.
The position focuses on ensuring shipments move efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to drivers and internal teams.
What You'll Do
Organize and schedule freight shipments daily
Communicate with drivers to provide updates and guidance
Maintain accurate records of freight movements and documentation
Support routing, delivery planning, and logistics processes
Collaborate with operations staff to resolve issues and optimize workflow
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Candidate Profile
Freight dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience is preferred but not required
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused
