Position Overview

This position focuses on freight planning and movement tracking, ensuring consistent visibility into shipments and supporting operational coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to learn in a structured dispatch environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with freight planning and load scheduling activities

Track shipments from origin to destination and maintain updates in systems

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

Communicate delivery updates, delays, and exceptions to relevant parties

Support coordination of multiple shipments simultaneously

Monitor workflow and ensure timely escalation of issues

Contribute to improving operational efficiency and tracking accuracy

Qualifications
