The ideal candidate takes ownership of the environment and ensures the clinic is always clean, organized, and patient-ready.
This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

Clinic Cleanliness & Appearance (Core Responsibility)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment at all times.

- Complete laundry start-to-finish: washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens.
- Perform daily and ongoing cleaning tasks throughout the clinic (floors, counters, equipment, chairs).
- Handle minor appearance fixes independently (e.g., wiping scuffed walls, spot cleaning, organizing storage areas).
- Inspect interior and exterior of clinic daily to ensure professional appearance.
- Coordinate with janitorial staff and verify cleaning quality.
- Coordinate with gardener and report exterior issues as needed.
- Address cleanliness or appearance issues immediately as they arise—no delays.
- Coordinate with outside companies if any repairs or maintenance are needed

- Room patients and take vitals accurately.
- Assist providers during patient visits as directed.
- Help with charting and provider notes when needed.
- Maintain stocked treatment supplies (chiropractic and medical).
- Ensure all clinical equipment and carts are clean and organized.
Front Office Support
- Cover front desk as needed: answering phones, scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Greet patients professionally and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Collect payments and ensure required paperwork is completed.
- Keep patient forms stocked, organized, and current.
- Maintain proper filing and ensure shredding is completed regularly.
Supplies, Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
- Monitor and maintain office and clinical supply levels.
- Notify management of low inventory before shortages occur.
- Coordinate minor maintenance needs with approved vendors (HVAC, janitorial, roofing, etc.).
- Report facility issues promptly and assist with follow-up as directed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare office preferred.
- Comfortable working in both front desk and clinical environments.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional communication and patient service skills.
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning/laundry tasks throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed.
What Success Looks Like
- Clinic is consistently clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
- Treatment rooms are always prepared and stocked.
- Laundry is never backlogged or left unfinished.
- Patients experience smooth flow and professional service.
- Providers are supported efficiently with minimal interruptions.
- Facility and appearance issues are addressed proactively—not reactively.
Opportunities
- The role can be a full time or part time position.
- Opportunity for growth within a multi-specialty healthcare environment.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
After seeing many patients placed on multiple medications by numerous providers without much coordination, HEALTH ATLAST founders Stephanie and Wayne Higashi, both doctors of chiropractic, found a need to create a multi-disciplinary approach to healing where doctors work together as one to optimize a patient's health. This wellness approach was found to be the best for patients.
