We are a luxury portrait studio in Santa Monica looking for an amazing candidate who is looking for growth opportunities and will embody our core-values and be a high-energy individual, who loves working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate for this position must be self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently, and an accurate multi-tasker.
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal and essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in office management, and have a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for guests and clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliver the luxury experience, providing outstanding customer service and conveying passion for the brand during every interaction
Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner and direct everyone who enters the studio to the appropriate place.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a printer, scanner, and a computer
Respond and engage with clients on our Social Media pages
Answer and direct incoming calls accordingly
Requirements:
You must have a neat, clean cut, professional appearance and attitude.
You must be reliable and have you OWN reliable transportation.
You must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
You must have the ability to see and be one step ahead of the client's needs, as well as the department needs.
Thrive in being able to adapt to a daily changing environment, when needed.
Weekend Availability
You must be well versed in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and Google Docs
Love pets and children
Social Media Experience is not required but is a HUGE plus
