Job Description
As a Front Desk, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service within the financial services industry. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with their financial needs, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. You will handle various tasks related to cash handling, loan origination, financial software utilization, customer relationship management, debits and credits processing, fraud prevention and detection, basic math calculations, loan processing, and overall customer service.
Duties:- Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.- Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.- Utilize financial software to access member accounts and perform necessary transactions.- Assist in loan origination procedures and guide members through the application process.- Implement fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard member accounts.- Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and balancing transactions.- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Requirements:- Previous experience in cash handling or financial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.- Proficiency in using financial software for account management and transactions.- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively.- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and calculations.- Knowledge of loan processing procedures is a plus.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
