Job Description
Exceptional Healthcare is seeking part-time (PRN) Front Desk Associates for our newest facility. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll make a lasting impression while providing essential administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Greet and register patients for Emergency Room, Direct Admission, and Outpatient Services
- Verify insurance benefits and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient charts and records
- Answer calls and coordinate communication between departments
- Handle administrative duties including deposits, spreadsheets, and clerical tasks
What You'll Need
- Previous ER or Patient Registration experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High School Diploma/GED
- Availability for 12-hour shifts (7p-7a or 7a-7p), including weekends and holidays
