What You’ll Be Doing

• The Hub of the Office: Managing a high volume of calls and greeting patients with a genuine smile.

• Dentrix Mastery: Handling scheduling, patient records, and data entry with precision.

• Financial Coordination: Verifying insurance coverage, calculating co-pays, and collecting payments.

• Schedule Optimization: Filling last-minute cancellations and ensuring the clinical team stays productive.

What You Bring to the Table

• Dental Experience (Required): You’ve worked in a dental office before and understand the unique workflow and terminology of the industry.

• Dentrix Fluency (Required): You don't need a manual; you’re already comfortable navigating this software.
