- Answer phones and assist with reservations.

- Process payments and balance shift transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- A great smile, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and flexible availability.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate!).
- Oregon Food Handlers Card Required.
