What You’ll Do

As the Front Desk Associate, you are the first impression and heartbeat of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and prospects
Manage scheduling and ensure sessions run on time
Handle inbound calls, texts, and inquiries
Support membership renewals and assist in bringing in new clients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Collaborate with practitioners and management to deliver an exceptional client experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Interest in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields (preferred)
Sales confidence is a plus

Ideal Candidate Background

Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
Fitness, health, or wellness industry exposure (a bonus, not required)
Individuals who enjoy helping others and building relationships

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
