Do You Love Making Great First Impressions?
If you're the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and never meets a stranger, we want to talk to you! HealthCARE Express is on the lookout for energetic, reliable personalities to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.). This is our fun way of saying front desk receptionist-the face of our company and the first point of contact for our patients.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll greet patients, verify their information, and make sure they have everything they need. You'll answer phones, help with patient requests, and assist with any concerns that come up. Other duties include managing patient payments, scanning documents, verifying insurance, and maintaining strict confidentiality. We'll also rely on you to keep our clinic forms stocked and the front desk running smoothly.
We're looking for someone flexible and open to cross-training for other tasks, too. You'll play a big part in keeping things moving forward and making sure our clinic represents who we are as an organization.
Schedule & Pay
- Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Hours: 12-hour shifts; 8a-8p, rotating weekends, 30+ hours per week

What You Need
