Job Description
Nestled in the heart of Oregon wine country, Dundee Hills RV Resort is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our seasonal staff in a dual Front Desk & Housekeeping role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in creating a welcoming guest experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is available immediately, and will go through the end of December.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Manage reservations in Campspot
- Provide local recommendations and excellent customer service
- Handle payments and basic administrative tasks
Housekeeping Duties
- Clean and prepare cabins, restrooms, clubhouse, and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the resort
- Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
- Assist with laundry and general upkeep as needed

Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Campspot knowledge preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
