The Front Desk is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.
What You Will Do
Welcome and check in all members and guests
Sell memberships smoothies supplements and personal training
Answer questions resolve billing issues and track front desk activity
Keep the front desk area clean stocked and on-brand
Support day-to-day operations and team communication
Create a fun professional and helpful experience for everyone
What We Are Looking For
Customer service or front desk experience preferred
Comfortable with upselling and helping members
Organized energetic and positive attitude
Available to work early mornings evenings and weekends
