Sales Associate – Club Pilates Monrovia

Are you motivated, outgoing, and passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness? At Club Pilates Monrovia, we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Associate to join our team. This role is all about connecting with potential members, sharing the benefits of Pilates, and driving the growth of our studio community.

What You’ll Do

Be the face of Club Pilates. Welcome prospective clients, give engaging studio tours, and build lasting connections.
Drive sales across memberships, retail, and private training.
Work the full sales process: contacting leads, book classes, follow up, and close sales.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to keep members coming back.
Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, and local promotions.
Hit and exceed personal and team sales goals while growing your skills as a sales professional.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in sales, customer service, or fitness (fitness experience a plus, but not required).
Excellent communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
Goal-oriented and competitive, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Comfortable using studio software and basic computer programs.
Professional, reliable, and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
