ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Okeechobee, Florida.
What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and visitors. You will serve as the first point of contact, providing friendly, professional service while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the property liaison, welcoming guests and visitors and providing information and assistance in person and over the phone.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Process payments, deposits, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare reports and submit maintenance requests to support efficient office operations.
- Partner closely with the Property Manager to address issues and ensure timely follow-up on visitors and guest needs.
- Resolve conflicts and concerns in a professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records and uphold company standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
