Job Description

Farnsworth Family Orthodontics in Carlsbad, NM is searching for a Front Desk Coordinator to put their administrative skills to use on a full-time basis.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer competitive pay between $14-$19 an hour, along with excellent benefits, including:

This administrative role works:

  • Monday through Thursday, 8 am- 5 pm
  • Some Fridays 8 am- 2 pm

YOUR DAY AS A FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Your day starts with a warm welcome as you answer patient phone calls, helping them feel at ease and guiding them through their questions. You check patients in and out with a friendly smile, process payments accurately, and keep everything running smoothly. Between visits, you capture essential records-photos, X-rays, and scans-making sure each detail is documented with care. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience while keeping the office organized and efficient.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of front desk/secretary experience
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Familiar with Excel, Word (preferred)
  • Registered Dental Assisting License (preferred)
