- Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, responsible for kiddos getting to correct classes on pool deck
- Sharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase enrollment, registration, and sale transactions
- Educate and inform customers and potential customers on current or new services available
- Create and build a professional connection with customers and students to learn how to better assist them
- Have a growth mindset to build on skills and knowledge and provide suggestions/feedback to better improve processes and opportunities to attract customers
- Coordinate with the Aquatics Lead and Office Manager to organize a safe flow of the front desk area to monitor entry and exit for customers for swim lessons.
- During idle times conduct facility walk throughs to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility at all times (checking the floors, bathrooms and changing rooms, and ensuring supplies are stocked)
- Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition
- Coordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals
- Cleaning the bathroom and changing room area.
- Cleaning the pool deck
- Cleaning and organizing the front desk area
- Using the Emergency Action Plan to clean particles from the pools, floors, and the changing rooms
- Some College Education
- 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales
- Monday- Friday; excluding Thursdays
- Pay $14.50 per hour
