Front Desk Customer Service + Sign Sales
FASTSIGNS® Kent is looking for a high-energy, positive, people-loving CSR + Sign Sales Rep to join our thriving store!
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | On-Site

What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
- Be the friendly first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers
- Bring positive energy and a helpful, steady, upbeat approach to fast-moving work
- Act as an inside sales partner—uncovering customer needs and recommending comprehensive signage solutions (we will support and train you!)
- Prepare estimates and create accurate work orders
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish with attention to detail
- Use HubSpot CRM as a master support and organization tool to keep opportunities moving & growing! (We’ll train you!)
- Coordinate closely with production and install teams to ensure projects are accurate, high-quality, & delivered on time
- Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses and organizations

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of customer service, inside sales, counter sales, or sign/print industry experience (preferred, not required)
- GREAT ENERGY and a customer-first, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and guiding customers toward decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to keep multiple projects moving smoothly and on track.
- Confident using technology and open to learning new systems, including CRM and estimating software.
- Reliable, committed, and interested in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth.
