Join an exciting hospitality team as a Front Desk Guest Services Associate in South Portland and make every guest feel welcome every day.As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service that makes their stay memorable. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.What You’ll Do As a Front Desk Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting guests with a friendly attitude and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Ensuring guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Managing reservations, cancellations, and changes using the Hilton PEP system (training provided)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Collaborating with team members across both properties to deliver seamless service
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or restaurant service preferred
  • Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude
