Make a direct impact on guest experiences every day, working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.As a Front Desk Guest Services Associate, you'll be the friendly face greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and answering guest inquiries. You'll work closely with hotel leadership to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, supporting both properties based on operational needs.What You'll Do As a Front Desk Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests with a professional, friendly attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere*
- Checking guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations and room assignments*
- Answering guest questions and resolving issues promptly to enhance their stay*
- Supporting hotel operations by adhering to safety procedures and guest security protocols*
- Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area
- Customer Service experience, preferably in hospitality or related fields*
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills*
- Reliable transportation to and from work*
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and Sundays as required*
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
