From greeting clients to answering phone calls, you’ll be one of the first staff members our patients and their families interact with. We are looking for someone dedicated to helping us continue to deliver the highest standard of care. The ideal candidate is a reliable team member with excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, dependable, and enjoys working with kids! - Answer phone calls.
- Schedule appointments.
- Check patients in and out.
- Collect copays.
- Maintain patient charts and records.
- Provide customer service, greet patients, and more!

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year minimum (Required).
- Medical Office Experience: 1 year minimum (Preferred).
- Pediatric Experience: 1 year minimum (Preferred).
- Medical Terminology: 1 year minimum (Preferred).
- Computer skills: 1 year minimum (Preferred).
- Must be willing and able to commute to the office in Glendale, CA on time (Required).
