Job Description
Pawfect Shine is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our pet grooming team in Milwaukee. This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys working with pet owners, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep daily salon operations organized.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Check pets in and out for scheduled grooming appointments
- Schedule and confirm grooming appointments
- Receive payments and provide customers with receipts
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Assist with basic daily salon organization and customer service tasks
- Follow company procedures for pet safety, customer service, and salon operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Friendly, professional, and dependable personality
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests
- Comfortable interacting with dogs and their owners
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
