Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.

• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.

• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.

• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.

• Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.

• Basic computer and payment processing skills.

• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player.

Schedule 

This role requires availability Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 9:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm  with Occasional Travel. Compensation and Benefits 

• Base Pay: $13.00 per hour
• Bonus potential 
• 4 day workweek: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
