Job Description

The Front-End Loader/Plant Operator is responsible for the maintenance of all plant equipment and grounds, along with front-end loader operation when needed.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Operating a front-end loader for stockpiling and loading customer trucks
Maintenance of conveyor systems and other plant equipment
Mowing and weed-eating of plant property
Painting plant equipment and buildings
Assisting with other operations as needed

Work will be performed at a plant facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This position will operate during overnight shifts.

Requirements of the position are:

3 or more years of experience as a loader operator
Ability to load trucks using a Front-End Loader
Ability to work during severe conditions, including inclement weather
Ability to work 11 or more hours per day
Ability to work overnight shifts
Ability to work Saturdays when required
Ability and willingness to do manual labor, including lifting items as heavy as 50 pounds
