This position is responsible for operating front load waste collection vehicles while providing reliable service to commercial customers and maintaining compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.The ideal Front Loader Driver has previous CDL driving experience, excellent attention to safety, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a CDL-required vehicle (or equivalent military driving experience) within the past 3 years Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement REQUIRED Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment DOT drug screen Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Legally authorized to work in the United StatesEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate front load collection vehicles in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and all federal, state, and local regulations Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections using Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, accidents, or service interruptions to management immediately Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently while maintaining high service standards Empty containers completely and leave customer locations clean and free of debris Position and return containers properly after service, ensuring lids and enclosure gates are secured Communicate customer requests and service issues to Dispatch or the Route Manager Identify containers requiring repair or replacement and report findings Complete customer tickets and required documentation accurately Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and company briefings Assist other drivers and support operational needs as directedPreferred Qualifications Previous waste management or recycling industry experience Experience operating front load or automated collection vehicles Strong route management and customer service skills Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle inspection proceduresPhysical Requirements Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workday Frequent use of arm, hand, finger, and leg coordination while operating equipment Ability to handle physical tasks associated with container servicing and inspections Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsWork Environment Primarily outdoor work operating GPS/video-monitored commercial vehicles Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, and other environmental conditions throughout the day Safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to company policies and DOT regulations PPE required while performing assigned dutiesWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive hourly pay Stable full-time schedule Opportunity to work independently while serving a dedicated route Long-term career potential with an established operation Safety-focused team environment with ongoing training opportunitiesReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text our Springdale office for more information.You can also apply in person at:2605 S Thompson StSpringdale AR 72764Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
