About the Role:As a Guest Connector at Off The Hook, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers and ensures a seamless checkout experience. Your primary responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, handling cash and payments, and addressing customer inquiries with a positive attitude. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a clean and organized Guest Connector station, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service. Key ResponsibilitiesWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping the energy high

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant

Ensure all guests are taken care of with Southern Hospitality Requirements for Success:Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change

Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training1 year of restaurant experience

Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs

Must be 16 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred

Possess a valid driver's license
