Front of House Team Member

As a Front of House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to have a positive impact on a high volume of guests every day. It's essential that this individual is attentive, courteous, and efficient in their interactions with our guests and team so as to positively reflect Chick-fil-A's values and standards to our community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and gain valuable life experience that goes beyond preparing great food in a friendly environment.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take orders in the restaurant and drive-thru
Restock items as needed
Bag orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant
Resolve guest requests or complaints in a quick and friendly manner
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 14 years of age upon hire date
Cheerful and positive attitude
Customer service oriented
Consistent and reliable
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to work well and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player
Reliable source of transportation
Able to lift and carry 25 lbs
Able to stand for long periods of time
