Position Overview

As a Team Leader/Supervisor, you will help lead daily restaurant operations while creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting team development. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, energetic, and passionate about leadership and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs
• Train and support new team members while fostering a positive team culture
• Lead shifts, open and close the restaurant, and maintain operational standards
• Hold keys and assist with shift management responsibilities
• Count drawers and complete daily financial procedures accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and servant leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

• Positive attitude with the ability to create meaningful guest interactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, day, and evening shifts
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required
