Job Description

As a member of our resort, the primary role of Front Office Concierge is to assist the guests in booking and setting up activities such as dining, golf, massage, and any other requests from the guests to help make their stay the best. Responds and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficientl,y and informs guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities. Excellent guest relations skills. Excellent verbal communication skills with guests and co-workers. Detail-oriented, team player. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure.
