Description
ObjectiveHealth is seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our clinical research team at Ocala GI Research. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations at our research site. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with patients, sponsors, and research staff. This position is primarily responsible for front desk operations, document management, and scheduling. Training may be provided for assisting with FibroScan procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and check in study participants
- Schedule participant visits and confirm appointments
- Upload and manage study-related documents in electronic systems
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Assist research coordinators with administrative tasks
- Perform FibroScan procedures
- Ensure front office remains organized and compliant with site procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of medical office, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using electronic systems and document management platforms
- Professional communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in clinical research or medical office setting is a plus
